Software Engineer

As a member of the Product and Engineering team at PitchBook, you will be part of a team of big thinkers, innovators and problem solvers who strive to deepen the positive impact we have on our customers and our company every day.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• 3-5 years of experience
• 1-2 years of experience on ReactJS or equivalent UI framework
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, NodeJS
• Experience with AI-augmented development tools like GitHub Copilot and a passion for leveraging AI in software engineering
• Hands-on in Java/ Web-services / Spring /Spring Boot
• Very Strong knowledge of databases and hands on MS SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL DB DynamoDB/MongoDB
• Experienced with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
