CNA- Assisted Living & Memory Care (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am)

The CNA provides assistance with activities of daily living to all residents as appropriate and requested under the direction of nursing and medical staff.

Requirements

• Providing care for residents.
• Listening to residents/families and responding to all concerns and questions.
• Assisting with all necessary and appropriate resident care, including toileting, vital signs, transferring, bathing, dressing and washing all areas associated with the ADLs, and reporting any resident concerns or changing conditions to the supervising nursing staff.
• Dining room responsibility when needed (cross training will be provided).
• Ensuring a safe environment during resident activities.
