Sr. Healthcare Project Manager with Claims, Enrollment or Care Management experience

Responsible for multiple mid-sized scale projects with hands on project management experience on projects and project teams to deliver business solutions and services.

Requirements

• Manage 4-5 mid-sized projects simultaneously
• Develop project plan, risk mitigation strategy, traceability matrix
• Develop project budget and tracking to the budget
• Employs best practices and standards and has understanding of the key project metrics
• Manage changing & competing priorities
• Manage difficult stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills
• Develop presentations and present to senior executives
• Improve existing processes and create new processes for efficiency and to improve quality
