Sales Administrator I

Silvus Technologies is seeking a Sales Administrator I to assist the sales team by managing the inbox and responding to customer inquiries. The administrator will also provide post-sales support, which includes handling orders, receiving and confirming them, setting up accounts, and inputting sales orders and client information into our CRM. The role is a hybrid schedule; a minimum of 3 days on-site per week is expected.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience supporting a sales team in a tech-related or manufacturing field
• Basic experience or exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for managing and tracking customer and sales data
• Proficiency in numeracy
• Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, experiencing multiple deadlines
• Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Gmail or Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
