Job Description
Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead our Fixed Video Solutions and Advanced Analytics business across Central Europe. The role involves establishing deep operational relationships with key end-users, navigating multi-stakeholder government procurement cycles, and driving consistent Year-over-Year revenue growth.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex, high-value enterprise or government technology sales
- Deep understanding of the multi-tier government procurement cycle
- Prior experience in enterprise Video Security & Analytics (VS&A)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly disciplined in territory management and pipeline generation
