Senior System Engineer

Role Overview

The Senior System Engineer will oversee all technical aspects of assigned projects from award until system acceptance. The team works on mission critical communication systems, designing and implementing innovative solutions for First Responder and Government customers.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include final design and implementation of radio networks, delivering presentations, system staging, acceptance testing, and radio coverage testing. The engineer will also provide technical support and advice to project teams and work with operations and project managers to complete site walks.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have experience in radio communication systems, RF system design, and IP networking. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BSEE/BSCE preferred) +3 Years of Engineering or Technology
• 6+ years of Systems Engineering, Wireless Communications experience or Public Safety Technical experience
• Certifications through CompTIA Network+, Juniper JNCIA-Junos, Nokia NRS1, CCNA or similar
• Experience directly working with end-user customers is desirable
