Job description
As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead and build high-performing teams of software developers, promoting engineering best practices and driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will work closely with the product team to champion the balance between short and long-term objectives and collaborate with the wider organization to achieve strategic objectives.
