Job Description
Were looking for a motivated Associate System Engineer to help build, maintain, and optimize modern IT infrastructures.
Requirements
- Monitor and manage all installed systems and infrastructure according to established standards and procedures.
- Define and document business and technical requirements to guide system functionality.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of new systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools.
- Ensure optimal system uptime, capacity, and performance across environments.
- Execute and track warranty, patching, and support activities.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to IT support teams for complex incidents.
- Deploy and maintain network devices including firewalls, switches, and access points.
- Contribute to the development and integration of custom hardware and software solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Provide Level 2 support and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
