Associate System Engineer

Role Overview

Were looking for a motivated Associate System Engineer to help build, maintain, and optimize modern IT infrastructures. In this role, youll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure stable, secure, and high-performing systems.

What You Will Do

Monitor and manage all installed systems and infrastructure, define and document business and technical requirements, support testing and deployment of new systems, and provide technical guidance and assistance to IT support teams.

Requirements

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), Cisco (CCNA), or CompTIA
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT systems or infrastructure support
• Practical knowledge of Networking: Cisco or Sophos technologies
• Servers: Windows or Linux environments
• Proficiency with Active Directory administration
• Basic understanding of backup and data protection solutions
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls)
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python preferred)
• Experience in system reporting and documentation
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Valid drivers license
