Job description
The Assistant Customer Experience Manager will coordinate the end-to-end process of turning a unit into a home, ensuring every detail is on track. This role will work closely with on-site teams, Lettings, Managing Agents, and suppliers to keep everything moving. The candidate will have at least 12 months of customer-facing experience, ideally in construction or a related field, and will be calm under pressure, firm but fair, and highly organized.
