Senior Technical Coordinator

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Technical Coordinator to join us on an exciting redevelopment project, Church Street, a joint venture with our partner, Westminster City Council based in Edgware. You’ll support the delivery of 430 new homes on an estate regeneration in Zone 1.

Requirements

• Experience leading external packages such as façade, roofing, windows, and balconies
• Confident managing and leading consultants and subcontractors, coordinating trackers, securing NHBC approvals, closing out RFIs, and overseeing other key design elements
• Experience delivering RIBA stages 4–7 is essential for this role
