The Social Media Coordinator at Movaci is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the company's presence across multiple social media platforms to generate sales leads for the Sales Department. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital storytelling, strong communication skills, and an eye for design, experience generating sales leads in a B2B (business to business) setting, and can work independently while maintaining collaboration across departments.
Requirements
- Create compelling and interactive content (images, graphics, short videos, carousels, polls, stories, etc.) tailored to each platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Use social media to amplify campaigns, promote events, spotlight partners, and celebrate milestones.
- Monitor platforms daily to engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and contribute to trending conversations relevant to our mission.
- Maintain and manage a structured monthly content calendar to ensure strategic and timely posts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to source stories, photos, and insights that can be shared externally.
- Work with the marketing and leadership teams to promote product launches, events, and campaigns with aligned messaging.
- Stay informed on social media algorithms, best practices, and new platform features to enhance strategy.
- Uphold brand consistency in tone, voice, visual style, and messaging across all social platforms.
- Ensure all content is accurate, properly formatted, and aligned with Movaci’s branding and ethical standards.
- Follow-through on tracking engagement metrics, follower growth, impressions, and campaign performance using native analytics and reporting tools.
- Provide monthly performance summaries and insights, including recommendations for future improvements.
- Forward promising leads or inquiries generated through social platforms to the Sales team for follow-up.
- Log campaign data and engagement stats for future reference and campaign benchmarking.
