Senior Software Engineer l, Core Infrastructure

Moveworks is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to architect the next generation of their Core Infrastructure team. This role involves designing, building, and operating foundational services that support large-scale scaling and rapid engineering for Moveworks’ AI infrastructure. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, influence roadmap decisions, and lead projects to deliver solutions and improve system performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing, building, shipping, and maintaining backend distributed systems
• Familiarity with Python/Golang/Java/C++
• Experience with containers/Docker and cloud infrastructure like AWS/GCP/Azure
• Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, or Opensearch, Istio, etc.
• BS+ in computer science or a related field
• High level of curiosity about engineering outside of your immediate discipline
• Strong motivation and gumption for fast-paced problem-solving
• High level of communication skills
