Process Development Engineer

Process Development Engineer - Team Lead, leading a team of process engineers and technicians in developing and scaling manufacturing processes for new materials, troubleshooting and improving processes, and collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
• 3–8 years of experience in process development, scale-up, or manufacturing support
• Experience working with complex materials (e.g., filled systems, polymers, pastes, slurries)
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven mindset
• Interest in mentoring and guiding others
• Ability to communicate across technical and operations teams
