
Job description
Provide application support for MRI Software's SaaS platforms, assisting clients with system configuration, data integrity, and business workflows. Work independently, take ownership of issues, and deliver high-standard client-facing support.
Provide support across multiple inbound channels, troubleshoot issues, manage and prioritize support tickets, communicate with clients, and collaborate with internal teams.
Ownership of support cases, strong troubleshooting capability, clear communication, ability to resolve issues independently, and consistent delivery against SLAs and customer satisfaction expectations.
