Consultant

Role Overview

As a consultant, you will be responsible for implementing MRI's occupier property management application and providing property and lease management consulting services for existing and new clients throughout APAC. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to meet quality standards in a challenging, deadline-oriented environment, while maintaining timely and professional communication with both internal and external customers.

What You Will Do

Key areas of responsibility include working with clients to gather their requirements and implement the occupier property management software, documenting client requirements, and translating them into a solution design. You will also work with senior consultants to advise clients on industry best practices, create business documentation, and assist clients in software configuration, testing, training, and deployment.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Business, Finance, Maths, or Accounting
• 2+ years of experience as a Consultant, Project Manager, or similar in Software or IT industry
• Experience in business, knowledge of property and lease management principles, software implementation
• Basic understanding of Oracle PL/SQL queries
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to reason logically and provide innovative solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills and tenacity to resolve them
• Good understanding of software implementation methodology
• Confident with training or training delivery
• Competency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
