Operational Analyst

Role Overview

The Operations Solution Analyst/Coordinator role is crucial to the success of MRI’s Professional Services (PS) organisation. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operational delivery.

What You Will Do

Assist in the continued roll out of centralised scheduling, own and enforce scheduling best practices, regular and ad-hoc reporting, schedule project resources, monitor and report on professional services cancellations, and support and maintenance of Operations departmental processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be a driver, a GREAT communicator and know when to involve people to get tasks completed on time.
• Strategic, tactical, and detailed oriented.
• Moderate to expert in MS Excel and MS Office in general (formulas, formatting, pivot tables).
• Display professionalism and exceptional communication skills to address questions and queries promptly and effectively.
• Ability to be analytical, review numbers, gather and present results for business review to help drive process improvement and change.
• Clearly demonstrate positive behaviour and attitude which contributes towards achieving and supporting the departmental, company and operational objectives.
• Experience working in a financial or accounting role, with an understanding of financial statements, accruals, and other accounting concepts.
• Prior experience in Professional Services or IT consulting is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus.
