We are seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. The role involves resolving customer software queries, analysing software issues, and engaging with clients via email and telephone. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in application support and be eager to work in a corporate software company.
As a Software Support Analyst, you will provide software support to a range of MRI software solutions, analyse complex software issues, and engage with our client base to deliver a consistent, professional experience.
