MRI Software is seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries and analysing software issues to recommend solutions.
Responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of the Qube PM product suite, tracking and managing client issues, advising clients on industry best practices, and recreating and testing client-reported issues.
The successful candidate will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in software testing and troubleshooting.
