
Job description
As a Data Team Agent with the MRI Software Client Support team, you will collect data, engage with clients, and provide customer experience. You will be the primary point of contact for customers with property management institutions, assisting with data validation and collection.
Accurately update existing data, resolve data entry issues, track and document received data, and enter information into the database. Participate in special projects and use investigative exercises to resolve issues.
Previous experience in customer service, software support experience preferred. Strong professional communication and listening skills, strong organization and time management skills, and aptitude for technology.
