Principal Quantum Integration Manager

Role Overview

At Microsoft Quantum, we aim to empower science and scientists to solve the world’s biggest problems by realizing advanced computing platforms at the intersection of high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, and quantum information technology. We are seeking a Principal Quantum Integration Manager to lead the process integration and experimental coordination across quantum materials, fabrication, and device development.

What You Will Do

Organize and lead a process integration team, define and own the end-to-end integration strategy, ensure alignment between process modules and device/system requirements, and drive hiring and organizational growth.

This role requires a Doctorate in Physics, Engineering, or related field, 3+ years of experience in industry or research and development, and 3+ years of people management experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in quantum materials development, process integration, and low-temperature electrical characterization.

Benefits

• Base pay range: USD $142,800.00 - $274,800.00 per year
