Credit Controller

MSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a Credit Controller to manage debtor accounts, ensure timely collection of outstanding payments, and maintain excellent client relationships.

Requirements

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable
• Communicate proactively with clients
• Prepare and send regular reminders, statements, and invoices
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client communications
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements
• Collaborate with finance and property management teams
• Prepare reports on debtor status and cash flow forecasts
• Identify potential risks related to credit and advise management
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
