Client Onboarding Senior Associate

Role Overview

The Onboarding Senior Associate plays a critical role in supporting the operational needs of prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders across several key functions, including new client onboarding, data management, and the administration of user access within the Private and Total Plan platforms.

What You Will Do

Configure and maintain client-specific data, lead and manage onboarding-related workstreams, provide client support, deliver operational support to internal users, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience leading projects and/or managing project initiatives
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a managerial role, including direct leadership of teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of self-motivation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
