Job description
At MSCI, data is at the core of everything we do. We are looking for a Senior Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to support and modernize our mission-critical enterprise databases that power global financial products and analytics.
Perform end-to-end Oracle DBA administration, manage production, non-production, and DR environments, handle database operations, monitoring, and 24x7 operational support, ensure database security, compliance, and best practices.
Strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration, performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, OCI Cloud, and large-scale project implementations. Strong ownership of database operations, with readiness to support cloud and AI-driven transformation initiatives.
