What You Will Do

Utilize advanced knowledge of information architecture principles to establish and enforce standards and practices. Analyze the data landscape, assess the health and risks of the current state, and design projects to meet goals. Grow the capabilities of an enterprise data marketplace and contribute to a master data management strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in IT disciplines, including Data Modeling, Databases, Master Data Management, Business Process Modeling, and 5+ years in Information Architecture
• Proficiency in developing information usage/decision making use cases, information models, and quality assessments
• Expertise in analyzing, designing, and developing solutions based on current and future state solutions and reference architectures
• Knowledge of enterprise technology capabilities and how they can be reused to provide end-user and application development services
• Familiarity with information architecture frameworks, processes, and technology that provide insights to address critical data challenges
• Proficiency in data modeling tools (SAP Power Designer/ER Studio) and working knowledge of data management tools & related platforms (dbt, Matillion, Collibra, Immuta, Informatica MDM)
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and data integration tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to foresee future needs and challenges
• Strong leadership skills including but not limited to strategic planning, entrepreneurship, innovation, and business savviness
• Proven track record in coaching and development, talent growth, and execution excellence
