FP&A Lead

Seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Lead to lead financial planning and analysis efforts in Taiwan, supporting the Taiwan Human Health Division and reporting to the Taiwan Finance Director. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Over 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A manager or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication skill, cross-function collaborations and influencing skills
• Business savviness and analytical skills
• Leadership qualities with demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal business units
• Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex topics in a distilled manner
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
