Counsel Legal & Business Affairs-– Partnerships, Marketing & Hospitality

The Counsel for Partnerships, Marketing & Hospitality will provide broad-based commercial legal support across the Madison Square Garden Family of Companies, structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex agreements for marketing, brand partnerships, and premium hospitality teams.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar in good standing
• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with training at a top-tier law firm or in-house experience
• Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, particularly in the areas of marketing, sponsorship, media, productions, and advertising
• Experience in sports, live entertainment, or media industries is highly preferred
