Production Manager

Role Overview

Provides direction to the Production department's operations in areas of safety, quality, performance, service, and leadership. Responsible for customer relationships and providing superior customer service.

What You Will Do

Manage production scheduling, labor utilization, product run requirements, and product schedule timelines to meet customer expectations and optimize plant resources. Report on production yield, material usage, and material loss data.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Develop the production team through effective use of Key Performance Indicators, training, and production management tools. Maintain continuous communication with all departments to address production priorities and shortfalls.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• 5+ years' experience in Operations/Production Management
• Food manufacturing experience
• Experience with customer interaction
• Experience leading and developing both salaried and hourly employees
