Project Manager

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in enabling MSIG Europe's strategic transformation agenda by driving initiatives that reshape processes, systems, and ways of working to support the long-term strategy of the MSIG Europe legal entity.

What You Will Do

You will lead and represent one large transformation project/programme or multiple smaller initiatives within the MSIGEU transformation portfolio, enabling the business in shaping future-state solutions, and ensuring alignment with MSIGEU's target operating model and architectural principles.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will be a trusted partner to the business and IT, with a strong understanding of the Financial Services environment, and occasional travel across MSIG Europe countries. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, reflecting the cross-functional and enterprise-wide nature of the initiatives you lead.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience and knowledge in project management and business transformation
• Knowledge of insurance products and end-to-end insurance processes
• Experience with RFP processes and managing external vendors
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, combined with Dutch, French, and/or German
