The Document Control and Training Lead will oversee MSR-FSR's document control and training systems to ensure compliance, accuracy, standardization, and operational effectiveness. This role is primarily responsible for managing the controlled documentation, including review, approval, revision, distribution, retention, and archival of Operating Procedures (OPs), Work Instructions (WIs), Safety Instructions (SIs), Competencies (CPs), Training Plans (TPs), forms, and related quality system documents.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of document control principles, quality systems, and training management systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel, Power-point and Word.
- Be self-directed, adaptable and maintain a positive attitude in response to workplace change.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
