The Field Safety Technician is responsible for ensuring a safe work environment through continuous field observations, enforcing corporate safety policies and procedures, and assisting with accident/incident management and recordkeeping.
Requirements
- 3 years of field safety experience in construction, oil and gas, chemical, industrial, or related field
- Completed OSHA 30 training
- Knowledge of general construction safety and health regulations, including OSHA 1926/1910
- GED / High School Diploma required
- Associate of Science degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Office 365 productivity tools
- Familiarity with OSHA Regulatory/Reporting Guidelines
- Proficient communications skills regarding presentation, coaching/mentoring, and working with others
