Technical Support Specialist

Role Overview

Reporting to the Regional Distribution Center Manager, this Technical Support Specialist will work with SCAG customers and dealers, maintaining documents and processes. The role involves handling customer technical support, warranty, and parts concerns, as well as assisting with training and program development.

What You Will Do

Handle customer technical support calls, emails, and phone calls, assist with warranty claims, and maintain Flat Rate Labor Chart. Participate in distributor and dealer training seminars, assist with creating training materials, and improve existing programs.
