The MEIHSS Director provides strategic, operational, and clinical oversight of the Muckleshoot Elder In-Home Support Services (MEIHSS) program, ensuring quality and safe delivery of home health care services, and aligns with Tribal values, community needs, and Health & Wellness system goals.
Requirements
- Licensed physician, registered nurse, or training and experience in health services administration with at least two years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health program.
- Master's degree in relevant field.
- Three years' experience providing complex administrative support that includes at least one year experience in social work and/or health care environment.
- Must obtain First Aid, CPR, Blood Borne Pathogens, Oxygen certifications within 6 months of hire, Food Handler's permit within 30 days of hire, and maintain valid Washington State Driver's License, own transportation, and valid insurance coverage.
