Be an integral member of the Investor Operations team’s daily operations, providing quality client service, and ensuring adherence to company/department policies and procedures. Oversee and execute various functions related to investors, to ensure seamless fund operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor degree preferably in a business-related field or related experience
- 1+ years’ experience, preferably in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking or client service
- Knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities will be considered an asset
- Existing client/customer service experience would be ideal
- Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel would be an asset.
