Product Designer

Multiplica Talent is a consulting firm looking for a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience in digital product design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable and effective solutions for web platforms, ensuring an optimal user experience with business objectives.

Requirements

• Degree or specialization in design
• More than 3 years of experience in digital product design, ideally in retail/commerce or transactional platforms
• Advanced knowledge in design tools like Figma
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaboration with development teams
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and product discovery methodologies
• Knowledge in research tools like Hotjar, Maze, or Google Analytics
• Strong skills in UX/UI, able to design from wireframes to high-fidelity final interfaces
• Able to do product discovery, go through the entire design process, and arrive at the final UI (end-to-end projects)
• Knowledge of web accessibility and responsive design
• Effective communication skills and teamwork ability
• Good practices and creative and innovative skills when designing
• Excellent communication, ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, proactive attitude, and willingness to apply knowledge in projects
