We are seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide technical support for our IT infrastructure, diagnose issues, and ensure customer service is timely and accurate. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, technical expertise, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree in Computer Science and/or MCTS/A+ or equivalent certification
- Minimum 4 years of experience in client support
- Strong Desktop support skills including support for PC and MAC computers
- Expert in PC and handheld operating systems hardware and software
- Microsoft Office365 experience
- Active Directory – Users and Computers experience
- Strong Customer Service Support skills with C-level executives
- Ability to install, upgrade, and troubleshoot PC and Mac hardware
- Knowledge of Helpdesk tools for tracking issues and resolution
- Ability to use online resources including KB articles and forums for troubleshooting
- Understanding of ticketing system
- Willingness and commitment to learning new technologies
