Muon seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead Muon Space’s Programs efforts, responsible for successfully delivering solutions, products, and technology while managing cost and schedule baselines contracts with the U.S. Government and Commercial Organizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience in program management
- B.S. in an engineering discipline, M.S. or Ph.D. preferred
- Track record of successfully delivering complete systems (hardware, firmware, software, algorithms) on time, to scope, with high quality.
- Experience in development and/or program management of satellite based systems
- Ability to instantiate and manage integrated master schedules
- Expertise in modern, cloud-based productivity tools
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to work successfully across all engineering disciplines.
- Experience in vendor and contract management
- System engineering and experience with inter-discipline technical trade study
- Experience working with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Julia) and database queries (e..g SQL, BigQuery) for data integration, analysis, and dashboarding.
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Experience managing and growing teams
