Mustang Cat is hiring a Bilingual Parts Counter Sales Representative – Level 2 to deliver expert support and drive results for our valued customers. As a Level 2 Counter Representative, you’ll take the lead in providing advanced parts support—serving as the go-to resource for customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in parts sales, automotive, heavy equipment, or a related field
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment or machinery
• Customer-focused with a sales-first mindset and professional communication skills
• Comfortable using parts look-up systems, inventory software, and modern business applications
• Self-motivated, reliable, and efficient in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
