We are looking for an Operations Cost Calculator / Ancillary Cost Calculator to support our Property Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating operating and heating cost statements, supporting the collection and examination of contractual regulations, and allocating costs fairly and cause-based.

Requirements

• Commercial education in the real estate sector
• Several years of experience in the real estate industry
• Experience in accounting and knowledge of operating cost law
• Basic knowledge of using SAP, Yardi, IMS, REALAX and iX-Haus
• Fluent German knowledge
