
Job description
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated IT Support Analyst to join our internal helpdesk team. In this deskside support role, you will deliver hands-on and remote technical assistance to employees across the West Coast, from our Phoenix, Arizona office. You will handle complex issues, ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, and serve as a key point of contact for our employees.
Provide deskside and remote technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner, following ITIL best practices where applicable. Manage device lifecycle tasks, administer user accounts, and deliver advanced support for Microsoft Office 365 services.
Success in this position hinges on your ability to work independently, juggle priorities from multiple stakeholders, and proactively solve problems in a distributed environment. You will have opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and contribute to process improvements.
