
Job description
MWH is seeking an experienced Quality Control Engineer to support a $2+ billion, 4-year project outside Portland, OR. The QC Engineer plays a key role in coordinating and implementing MWH’s quality management system to ensure excellence in project deliverables.
Responsible for verifying that all project work complies with MWH and client standards, meeting all specified project requirements. Monitor construction quality and support project staff in the performance of day-to-day activities applicable to the Quality Management System.
This position requires a team player with a self-starter mentality, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with construction equipment techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials, and required standards applicable to discipline is necessary.
