
Job description
MWH is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee project staff and support service consultants to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with plans and specifications. The role involves managing municipal water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, and tunnels.
The Senior Construction Manager will provide construction management on all project phases, including procurement, bid, pre-construction, construction, commissioning, start-up, and close-out. They will also assist in new business development opportunities and have day-to-day supervisory responsibility over support and professional construction management staff.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent, and a minimum of 12 years of experience managing municipal water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects. They will also have excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills, as well as strong business acumen and project P/L experience.
