
Job description
This role is an in-office position based at our 10 Bay Street location. Our team is highly collaborative, and much of our work benefits from in-person co-creation, relationship-building, and hands-on partnership with leaders across the organization. This is a contract Advisor, UX/UI role within the Marketing/Digital Strategy & CRM team, focused on designing and improving user-centered digital experiences.
Designing intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences from early ideas to final designs, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, running UX research testing, collaborating with product teams, stakeholders, and developers, supporting workshops, presenting designs, and advocating for a user-first mindset.
Demonstrated years in UX/UI design and UX research for digital products with demonstrated experience in industries with complex customer journeys, high traffic digital products, or accessibility requirements is especially valuable. Strong skills in user-centered design, prototyping, and usability testing, ability to collaborate, communicate clearly, and influence stakeholders.
