
Job description
The Chemistry Technician is responsible for performing chemical analysis on food, pharmaceutical, or other samples. This role involves composting and grinding samples, performing chemical analyses, and preparing samples for analysis. The incumbent must also track status, update logbooks, and maintain records.
Perform chemical analyses, prepare samples, track status, update logbooks, and maintain records. Assist other departmental personnel with analysis tasks and participate in cleaning schedules.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment. The Chemistry Technician must also be able to maintain knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems and adhere to safety policies.
