
Job description
The Chemistry Technician is responsible for performing chemical analysis on food, pharmaceutical, or other samples. They will work in a laboratory setting, performing various tasks such as composting and grinding samples, performing chemical analyses, and preparing samples for analysis.
The main responsibilities of the Chemistry Technician include performing chemical analyses, preparing samples, tracking status of designated tests, and maintaining records. They will also assist other departmental personnel with analysis tasks and perform necessary housekeeping duties.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to maintain accurate records and reports.
