
Job description
This is an entry-level position that requires a high level of attention to detail to accumulate large data sets with a high degree of accuracy. All training required for the position will be provided on the job.
Analyze food samples for various physical and/or sensory attributes based on standardized procedures, use equipment to evaluate the physical quality of a food product, and track samples as they are moved through testing.
Grocery store, restaurant, and other food retail experience is a huge plus. You'll get to go behind the scenes to see how much effort and attention is given to food quality by major food producers.
