We're hiring a full-time Coaching Team Executive Assistant to directly support our Coaching Team in managing client success, optimizing systems, and helping build products that scale our impact. This is not a glorified scheduling or note-taking role, we already have AI for that.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Able to work remotely and asynchronously, with a strong internal drive
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, Zoom, ChatGPT
