Senior Developer

We are looking for a Senior Developer (full stack) to drive the development of MYOB's SaaS based business platform. The role involves migrating to and maintaining the target state architecture for CRM and ERP solutions for the group, and ensuring the platform is designed and implemented to optimise the sophisticated systems as a unified business platform.

Requirements

• Fullstack conversant (AWS, Node.js, Kotlin)
• Proficient in the back-end technologies and open to learn new stack
• Design, build, test and deploy software solutions including APIs, serverless and microservices
• Excellent understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts
• Knowledge and experience practising engineering techniques such as DevSecOps, continuous delivery and progressive delivery on cloud native solutions
• An ability to clearly convey ideas, processes, concepts and practices to diverse groups
• Pragmatism to balance short term delivery needs with longer-term strategic direction and objectives
• A focus on delivery efficiency through fast feedback, evolutionary design and task automation
• An eagerness to develop and a dedication to consistently improve personal and team processes, practices and performance
• Work with lean and agile methods to quickly experiment and get things in front of customers early, and we like to iterate regularly!
