Sr. IT Recruiter - India

Role Overview

The Senior IT Recruiter will lead end-to-end contractor and full-time hiring for technology roles across offshore (India). This role owns the full lifecycle recruiting process—from workforce demand intake, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding—across a broad range of technical skill sets.

What You Will Do

Manage full-cycle recruitment for contractor and Full-time roles across India markets. Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and professional networks. Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and overall fit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment
• Experience working on offshore Contract and Full-time offshore hiring
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar job portals
• Experience working with iCIMS or a similar ATS preferred
• Ability to work in India and US time zones as required
• Experience working in a staffing or consulting environment is preferred
