Job description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud OTL and Absence Management Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US-based implementations and support projects, working as a primary resource responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions in Time & Labor and Absence modules.
Lead and execute Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) and Absence Management implementations and support engagements, configure and manage Time entry rules, time calculation rules, and approval workflows, and troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in client interaction and stakeholder management, and a good understanding of US business processes, compliance, and labor laws related to time and absence.
